How to Order from Twin Pack

We’ve designed our wholesale store to be simple and efficient for busy buyers. Here’s how it works from start to finish.

1. Create an Account

To view prices and place orders, you need a wholesale account.

  • Click Register in the top right corner
  • Fill in your business details
  • Your account will be activated once our team has vetted and approved it.

Once approved, you’ll see full pricing and can begin ordering.

2. Browse Our Products

You can view our full range by category on the Quick Order Form

We group products by:

  • Bars (e.g. Granola Bars, Protein Bars, High Energy Bars)
  • Shakes
  • Wellness Packs

All prices are per case pack.

Each product name indicates:

  • Number of units per case
  • Total units included per order (for example 120 units which equals 4 cases)

3. Add Products to Your Cart

Products are sold in fixed case packs.

You cannot order fewer or more than the pack size shown.

For example:

FUTURELIFE Crunch Granola Bar – Choc Bits

Sold as: 72 units per order (4 cases of 18 units)

4. Checkout & Shipping

  • All domestic shipping is free
  • VAT is automatically added at checkout (15%)
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify

5. Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A VAT invoice
  • Delivery timelines (if applicable)
