1.2. We do not supply products to individual customers, resellers or retailers. Registration requires valid business documentation and approval.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. All orders placed via our website must be submitted through an approved business account.
2.2. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.3. Payments must be made via accepted methods, including EFT or corporate credit accounts. We do not accept cash or personal transactions.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Orders are fulfilled within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation.
3.2. Delivery is available only within South Africa to registered business addresses.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect business information.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied items and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
